OfficeStore meets the more demanding needs of organisations that require access to archive documentation but which lack the space or document management solutions to do so:
Full indexation Your documents are indexed as required by storage box, file or individual document. If required, document keywords can be added to our system to aid retrieval searches. A bespoke multi-user SQL database manages the location and content of every item and its structure may be amended if required to meet the specific needs of a client.
Expiry On the expiration of a document's required life, we undertake to shred and dispose of it after agreement is confirmed by you.
Retrieval For security reasons, we ask that clients book an appointment to view or collect documents. Alternatively, we will scan and email items, fax them or hand deliver them as required, (charges apply).
Security We do not offer the usual self storage open access. All of your documents are held in secure locations around our site, (precise locations are held in our encrypted database). Real-time backups are kept of all data through mirrored disk arrays and full copies are held off-site.

We contact you by email or SMS when items or letters arrive for you. For security reasons, we require that you arrange an approximate time to collect your items, or we will send them on to you by post, email or fax.
