| On the road | Have your post or goods delivered to us. All of the main couriers deliver to the site every day. Tell us what you are expecting and we will sign for your items. Out of hours access is an option, (charges apply). We can scan and email received letters, fax them and with your permission, we will even dispose of junk mail if you wish. | New business / eBay | Give yourself more credibility with the address "Your Business, The Mill, Zan Industrial Park". If you are holding down a day job whilst getting your business up and running, transmit your orders to us and we will pick, pack and ship them for you, (charges apply). The standard postage service is Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery with a PPI strip rather than stamps or a franking strip reducing the number of p & p charge complaints. Our shipping partner is experienced mail order operation iAuctionShop Ltd which is also situated on the estate. |
| Personal | Always out when your mail order items arrive? We will accept your purchases and let you know when they arrive. Out of hours collection is an option, (charges apply). |
| Parts store | We will accept your engineers' spare parts during the day letting them collect them when it is most convenient. This also reduces the need for you to send items out by expensive timed deliveries, and also lets them have their garages back. |
We contact you by email or SMS when items or letters arrive for you. For security reasons, we require that you arrange an approximate time to collect your items, or we will send them on to you by post, email or fax.
